Horace (Hob) W. Jordan, Jr.
Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary
As a Kingsbridge Holdings founder, Executive Vice President and General Counsel, Hob Jordan is responsible for the legal and administrative operations of the company. Jordan brings nearly 25 years of experience as a lawyer, nearly half of which has been exclusively devoted to the leasing industry.
Prior to joining Kingsbridge, Jordan served as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of a Chicago-based independent technology leasing company where he managed the legal and human resources departments. Before becoming immersed in the leasing industry, Jordan was a partner with the law firm of Jenner & Block in Chicago, Illinois where he specialized in litigation, business disputes and commercial transactions.
Jordan previously has served as an adjunct professor at the University of Chicago Law School where he taught courses on privacy rights in employment. He has also published several articles on tax and commercial law issues. Jordan is a member of the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association’s legal committee, the Association of Corporate Counsel and the American Bar Association where he currently serves in leadership as a Division Director of the Section of Litigation.
Jordan received his law degree cum laude from Northwestern University School of Law and his undergraduate degree magna cum laude from Tufts University.
